Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy explains how product condition and function concerns are reviewed for orders placed through 048f7r-gp.myshopify.com. Children’s audio toys, character pieces, headphones, chargers, cables, storage accessories, and related items are reviewed based on delivery condition, included components, initial function, and reasonable use.

This policy is not a lifetime guarantee. It is intended to address verified issues present at delivery, missing required parts, or clear functional defects that prevent normal use. Damage caused by rough handling, liquid exposure, chewing, improper charging, disassembly, or ordinary wear is handled differently.

Warranty Coverage

Eligible concerns may include issues that are present when the order is received or become apparent during initial setup. Examples may include a device that will not power on after proper charging, a broken component on arrival, an included charger or cable missing from the package, a character piece that appears physically damaged, or an incorrect item sent by mistake.

Minor cosmetic differences in color, finish, printed details, packaging condition, or surface texture are not automatically considered defects. Children’s products may also show small cosmetic marks from production or packaging that do not affect safe and normal use.

Reporting Timeframe

Delivery damage, missing components, incorrect items, or initial function concerns should be reported within 48 hours of delivery when possible. The carrier tracking record is used to confirm the delivery date.

Reports submitted later may be harder to verify, especially for drops, scratches, missing parts, charging port damage, liquid exposure, or wear caused during play.

What May Be Covered

  • Device received broken, cracked, or visibly damaged before use
  • Product that does not power on after proper charging and basic setup
  • Missing required cable, charger, insert, character piece, or accessory from the original order
  • Incorrect item, character, accessory, or product type received
  • Severe speaker, button, charging, or recognition issue present during initial use
  • Transit damage confirmed through photos, packaging review, or order inspection

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage from drops, impacts, bending, crushing, stepping on, or rough play
  • Water, drink, bath, pool, rain, saliva, food, sand, dirt, or sticky residue exposure
  • Chewing, bite marks, torn parts, pulled cables, or damaged headphone components
  • Damage caused by improper charging, incompatible cables, forced connectors, overheating, or modified accessories
  • Disassembly, attempted repair, altered parts, or unauthorized modification
  • Lost character pieces, misplaced chargers, missing accessories after delivery, or products damaged during storage
  • Content preference, child interest level, story preference, volume preference, or setup misunderstanding
  • Normal wear, including scuffs, fading, surface marks, loosened packaging, or cosmetic changes from regular handling

Children’s products are often handled frequently and sometimes roughly. Wear patterns can appear quickly depending on the child’s age, use habits, storage, travel, and supervision.

Electronic Function Concerns

If an electronic audio product appears not to work, support may request basic troubleshooting before a warranty decision is made. This may include checking charging time, cable fit, power indicators, button response, sound output, connection steps, or whether a compatible item is being used.

Setup difficulty does not automatically mean the product is defective. In many cases, function concerns are resolved through charging, resetting, pairing, repositioning, or using the correct accessory.

Charging and Battery Issues

Charging issues may qualify for review when they appear during initial use and the product has been charged according to instructions. A damaged port, forced cable, incompatible charger, liquid exposure, or heat-related damage may fall outside coverage.

If the product becomes unusually hot, gives off an odor, or behaves irregularly during charging, stop using it and contact support.

Character Pieces and Content Recognition

If a character piece or content item is not recognized, the issue may relate to placement, device setup, compatibility, connection status, or physical damage. Support may ask for photos or a short video showing the issue.

Content preference is not covered. A child may not enjoy every story, voice, song, or theme, and that does not make the product defective.

Headphones and Accessories

Headphones, cables, storage cases, shelves, bags, and accessories are covered only for verified delivery condition issues or clear defects present before use. Wear from pulling, stretching, chewing, twisting, travel pressure, or daily handling is not covered.

For hygiene reasons, heavily used wearable accessories may not be eligible for replacement or return unless a verified initial defect is present.

Review Process

To request a warranty review, contact support@048f7r-gp.myshopify.com with the order number, product name, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.

For electronic function concerns, a short video may be requested. Showing charging behavior, button response, sound output, indicator lights, or recognition problems can help support review the issue accurately.

Possible Resolutions

If a concern qualifies, the resolution may include replacement, refund, partial refund, store credit, or replacement of a missing component depending on the issue, product availability, and order circumstances.

Replacement availability is not guaranteed. If the same item is unavailable, an alternative resolution may be offered.

Return of Reviewed Items

In some cases, the item may need to be returned before a final resolution is issued. Return instructions must be provided by support before anything is sent back.

Items returned without approval may not be processed correctly.

Limits of This Policy

This policy is intended to address verified delivery condition issues, missing required components, or clear initial defects that affect normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, loss, ordinary wear, child preference, content preference, or damage caused after delivery.
